ABOUT FEEL GOOD PILATES TRAINING
I'm passionate about helping people of all ages embrace movement and understand the role it plays in overcoming pain.
After becoming a parent I became frustrated by how difficult it was to find time to exercise. My desire is to work people with ongoing pain or discomfort but who struggle to find the time to address it.
I'd love to help you embrace daily movement, in a way that works for you, to feel stronger and improve pain and discomfort.
I have a Diploma of Clinical Pilates from Breathe Education.
