Stronger abs in four moves a day

Hi, I'm Nerida.

I'm a Clinical Pilates instructor. That means... I typically work with people 1:1 on their personal fitness and movement goals.


I'm really passionate about two things.


1. Helping people with ongoing pain - including back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain.

I love showing people how movement, and more specifically getting stronger, can make a real difference to pain (and get you back to doing things you love).

2. Helping busy mums get stronger and fitter without a huge time commitment. 

 Because as well as Pilates instructor, I'm also a mum. So now my life (and schedule) revolves around a little person - I've had to adapt my workouts to get more out way less time. 

Nerida is an excellent Pilates instructor. She helped me get stronger fast. She took care to listen and understand my injuries, aches and pains. She is kind and knowledgeable and cares about helping you to reach your goals
