Hi, I'm Nerida.

I specialise in helping people  with persistent pain - including back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain.

I'll teach you how movement, and more specifically getting stronger, can make a real difference to your experience with pain (and get you back to doing things you love).

As well as a Clinical Pilates instructor, I'm also a mum. Now that my life revolves around a tiny human, I've learned to adapt my workouts to get more out of less time.

That's what I'd love to teach you! Getting stronger, overcoming pain - but doing it all without a huge time commitment.
